DN Multi Spot Welder

The DN multi spot welder with high secondary volts is engineered for high precision through digital control. With optimized welding results, it can be widely used for electro-soldering, heat tempering, and annealing.

Features

Digital setting and display of all operating parameters like weld voltage, power setting, etc.
In-memory data storage to prevent accidental data loss.
Voltage fluctuations are monitored to prevent damage to data.
Adjustable stroke air cylinder and speed control valves to control ram movement up and down.
Resistance welding transformer delivers a strong electrical current. The water-cooled welding transformer can deliver power at high efficiency to reduce the energy loss using silicon steel cores.
40 sets of welding parameters are under microprocessor precision control.
Error management is adopted for general warnings and major faults through the appearance of error messages.
